![]() I purchased this Bundle 11/12/23 and I only received the mattress and pillow bundle but Not the adjustable bed frame. Never received the adjustable frame and cancelled order Just please tell me when I can receive the rest of my package so the thought of Nectar can leave my mind for good. You can definitely tell when a company establishes a customer service department to annoy customers until you give up rather than admit their fault and satisfy their customers. Regardless my transaction should’ve been as simple as pay $3,200 and receive an ON TIME, QUALITY package from a reputable company. The only thing that you did bother to send where frames you guys sent in clearly uncared for packages that allowed my bed to get wet and then asked for “pictures of damage” like I can show you the fabric has been repeatedly wet. ![]() Where is the sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors I ordered over 2 weeks ago? I’ve had to ask severe times about the progress of the rest of my purchase and am unable to get a response. This is my second time contacting you (for this additional issue) about this after waiting ANOTHER week. ![]() Spent $3,200 for weeks of frustration :/ I sent Nectar this today… I’ve had to contact you guys to many times… Why can’t I just order something from you and be done with it? Ugh. I wish I would’ve done my due diligence before my purchase. ![]()
